Senior Graphic Designer
The questionaire was very generalised and in most circumstances the questions are not very relevant to myself as a graphic designer nor in my personal opinion do they provide an accurate assessment of my skills as a designer or my personality. I do believe that each individual is just that an individual and therefore a each person has their own imprint that makes them unique and which allows us as humans to contribute something unique to each life situation. No two people think exactly the same so room should be given for a wider train of thought as well as approach to any given problem, project or situation. This fundamental aspect of human behaviour is what separates humans from machines that can be programmed to work or act in a specified way. My view of the world is far broader than it was 16 years when I entered my profession, and my view of life currently is constantly evolving. As humans we are are in a constant state of evolution that is dictated by life circumstances which are ruled by our environment. This view lends itself to Darwin's Theory of Evolution of survival of the fittest. We as humans adapt and evolve to maintain relevant within the environment we live in or face extinction of a sense. While a personality profile may provide some insight to an individual and their way of thinking et, one must take into consideration that the world is in a constant state of flux that dictates human behaviour. That said, as an individual, I consider myself a person that is motivated to always succeed, I will always strive to be and do my very best and to always be successful at whatever I undertake but that does not mean that I will forget those around me, I balance a deeply motivated spirit with a desire to help others and show empathy to those around me. I make a constant effort to be cognisant of the position of those around me. As a professional I pride myself on giving only my very best and to remain as knowledgeable of the trends in my chosen profession. For me, Graphic Design is not different to breathing, without it I would be able to live. I love what I do and I enjoy the daily growth and sense of purpose it gives me.

Producing high quality work is a priority for Zainab Aboo. Thorough, precise and structured, they strive to avoid mistakes in their work. Their diligent attitude is the result of the importance they place on other people's point of view. They listen to ideas, suggestions, and feedback. They are therefore easy to work with, giving others space, providing support as needed, and performing their tasks meticulously.
Zainab Aboo divides their energy equally between dynamism and stability. Some of their main drivers push them towards taking action and seeking stimulation. However, they also need a certain stability and sound bearings in order to feel comfortable in a professional environment. It is important that they find this balance in order to fully invest themselves in their role.
Perfecting is an activity in which Zainab Aboo finds true satisfaction. They pay utmost attention to the quality of their work, in both substance (accuracy) and form (aesthethics). Being able to dedicate their energy to polishing their work is a major source of motivation for them.
Design is one of the activities that highly interests Zainab Aboo. They very much enjoy being able to contribute their ideas and imagine things that don't yet exist. They are reluctant, however, to devote time to design in vague contexts or without a clear framework.
Evaluating is an activity that highly suits Zainab Aboo in the sense that it requires an impartial approach and taking a strong stand on subjects. They enjoy challenging others' points of view and contributing their perspective. They like being able to demonstrate independence in their judgement.
Zainab Aboo is a manager who explains to their employees exactly what they need to do in order to succeed. However, they still allow enough room for each of them to express themselves. As a leader, they are close to their subordinates, and are driven by results while still attaching importance to human aspects.
Zainab Aboo expects a manager to be inspiring and to focus on their development at a personal level. they need to be managed by someone who sets clear roadmaps for them and acts as a mentor in whom they can trust. They are motivated by a leader who rallies the team towards a common goal, while also taking individuality into account.
Zainab Aboo has the capacity to thrive in a wide range of cultures. There is no standard approach or environment that suits them better than others. They find advantages and drawbacks in every type of work environment. Their level of commitment will therefore not be determined by the culture of the company, but rather by whether their role has the potential to make them feel fulfilled. If their main motivational factors are satisfied by the role, they will be capable of adapting and thriving in any environment.
Capacity to work autonomously.
Tendency to take the time to make the most of available resources.
Ability to easily assimilate new concepts through analysis.
Zainab Aboo has a considerable aptitude for assimilating new knowledge. They can learn from advice and from information they gather on their own. Although they can find it helpful, they do not necessarily have to put new skills into practice in order to master them.
Zainab Aboo's spontaneous nature leads them to learn by testing out concepts and techniques themselves. They finds that the best way to acquire new knowledge is to first try, develop their understanding through failure, and then try again. They can sometimes lack patience. To assimilate new ideas or new knowledge, they first need to experiment by themselves.
