Internal Communications Manager
Formerly, Communications and Agency Manager in a home services company for 7 years, I'm currently Internal Communications Manager for 9 subsidiaries linked to Free's brand : MCRA, Centrapel, Mobipel, Qualipel, Certicall, Equaline, Total Call, Resolution Call, Telecom Academy. I'm looking for extending my network or opportunities linked to customers services and communications. Reactive, with good interpersonal skills and adaptation abilities, I'm open to different activity fields : Services, Digital services, Telecommunications, Transportation, Motion pictures, TV production, Music industry, Performing Arts and so on. I believe every experience is good to take and contributes to the personal enrichment and development.
Rarely short of ideas, Jean-Hugues PAM readily takes the initiative. He likes provoking change in his work and needs to be highly stimulated so as not to become bored. He makes sure that his suggestions are acceptable to the people he works with. He is in touch with people and prefers making decisions as a group. He is both able to move forward and question himself on the basis of feedback he receives. In addition, he can strengthen ties within teams.
Jean-Hugues PAM's energy is divided between vigour and stability. One of his motivating factors is oriented towards action and the search for stimulation. But he also needs a certain stability and standards to feel comfortable in a professional environment. It is important for him to find this balance in order to fully invest himself in his position.
Making sure a job is promoted is an activity that particularly interests Jean-Hugues PAM. He very much enjoys working with a large number of people and asserting his ideas. It is important for him to be able to do this on a daily basis.
Jean-Hugues PAM needs to work on activities that require his creativity. On one hand, he likes having basics on which he can rely. He is, therefore, interested in activities that require his imagination in a well-specified objective and clear conditions.
Jean-Hugues PAM pays little attention to what others think of him. This allows him to analyse situations in a detached and objective manner, without seeking to please. However, investing himself in a very rational and scientific activity is not really interesting for him.
Jean-Hugues PAM is a hands-on manager who gives clear directions. He lets people know what is expected and thus avoids any ambiguity. For him, a leader should clearly explain their vision and set the example for the team. He values following the rules and reliability.
Jean-Hugues PAM expects a manager to inspire and make progress on a personal level. He needs to be guided in his work by someone who has an action plan for him. He looks for a mentor in whom he can trust. He is motivated by a leader who pushes him towards a collective objective, but who demonstrates a capability to take into account the singularities of each person.
Jean-Hugues PAM is able to blossom in very different cultures. There is no standard working style that absolutely suits him. He finds advantages and drawbacks in every work environment. It is not the company culture that influences his commitment, but rather, the capacity of the position to provide what he seeks through the work. If he finds his principle motivating factors, the structure in which he develops does not matter as he is capable of adapting and being satisfied.

Analysing information and making subsequent decisions is one of the activities that Jean-Hugues PAM does particularly well. He likes the factual aspect of information and is able to take a position confidently on thought out matters. He can be trusted to make reliable decisions.
Reasoning from numerical information is something Jean-Hugues PAM does easily. He is, indeed, comfortable analysing tables, graphs, and doing mathematical calculations. Data is more accessible for him that other kinds of formats and he has a particular receptiveness in this area.
