Personal Pitch

Results-oriented Information Security Manager with over + 10 years’ experience in Information Security Management (including Regulatory Compliance, risks analyst and Disaster Recovery) A solid Information Technology general education, and a strong past experience in Networking and Telecommunications, gave me ground to a broad understanding of most of the IT technical domains and their context. Having participated from the beginning to the set up and day to day management of large IT Outsourcing & Production contracts provided me the ability of balancing the operational constraints versus the acceptable Business Risks, with this regard, so I have decided to follow the MBA at ISC Paris Business School. I can provide unique expertise in understanding, formulating, and implementing strategies from both a business side and IT side. I am now looking for a new challenge in a managerial position where I can contribute my considerable skills to provide the best solutions and meet goals with success. I'm open to international relocation if I have visa sponsorship opportunity: US, Switzerland, New Zealand, Canada, Emirate of UAE and or Singapore - Luxembourg

They go about their work independently and concentrate more on their mission than on the relationship aspect of their work.

  • They could better unite others to their decisions that more involve those around them before beginning.
  • They should focus more on the finalisation of projects that they have begun before starting on other subjects.

The way they manage their energy

They orient their energy almost exclusively towards the search for new challenges. They like that things move and generally make sure to always be at the center of the action. What they need is a fast pace that does not leave room for boredom. For them, taking risks is essential. Stability annoys rather than reassures them.

The activities they prefer

Assessment is an activity in which Richard Sangare can truly be satisfied from a personal point of view. They particularly like being able to be a point of reference and providing their opinion in their field of expertise. They have a specific idea of how things should be carried out at work and do not hesitate to challenge the opinions of others on a subject.

It is essential for them to be able to invest themselves in an activity where they have to initiate the action process. They are satisfied when pushing projects and producing results. They are impatient and seek to boost the energy when carrying out work.

Design is part of the activities that most interests Richard Sangare. They very much like being able to contribute their ideas and think about things that don't yet exist. They avoid, however, doing it in a vague context without clear standards.

What's the best environment for their development?

The ideal work environment for Richard Sangare must leave freedom for everyone to attain their objectives as they like. For them, some basic principles are enough and each person must be responsible in the way they behave and contribute to the organization. They seek a culture that values the result, without sacrificing understanding and collaboration in the teams. They also need to be stimulated and be able to observe developments in the work produced. They can be easily bored if they fin their work environment too stable.

Their way of thinking

Preferred work Simple

Decision-making Quick

They need to progress quickly from one activity to another without getting stuck.

Learning style Experiment

Problems they can deal with

Richard Sangare has a particular affinity for tasks that require work on concepts. They are comfortable thinking about fundamentally abstract information. An intense analysis leads them to throw themselves into it and try to predict all the aspects linked to projects on which they are working. They could even lack, sometimes, a bit of realism.
As they easily identify the logic in words, they are able to work on activities where it is important to understand the sense of a text and its implications. They possess an ease classifying information, and generally a rather efficient memory. They can be trusted to understand instructions.
